If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us @ service@metal-pointus.com within 7 days of receipt of your item to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No refund will be granted without a Return Authorization Number.Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition

For your protection, please package the item securely in a hard box with the original receipt and mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured delivery service. You will be notified by e-mail once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your item for your refund (less any shipping costs) to post to your account.

What is your repair policy?

We offer for each item bought trough our website or our store in New York a certificate of warranty for 1 year .
If your jewelry is in need of repair, you may either visit our store or mail the item back to us at the address below:

For your protection, when shipping the item to us, please package it securely in a hard box and mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured delivery service.

Please include a copy of the item receipt ,the certificate of warranty (for items less than a year old), a letter describing the repairs to be made, your return mailing address, your e-mail address and your phone number. Prior to beginning any work, we will contact you with an estimate of the time needed to complete your repair.

Please note that the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

After one year of warranty we still can take care of the repairs .
You will receive by e mail an estimate of the cost and the time needed to complete the repair

What is your shipping policy?

Metal-pointus.com offers shipping via UPS.
Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O Boxes.

The following charges apply topackages shipped in the United States.

Ground              $ 15.00        5-7 business days
2nd Day Air       $ 25.00        2 business days when ordered before 1pm ET.
Next Day Air      $ 35.00        Next business day when ordered before 1pm ET.

For shipping to Canada ,Alaska and Hawaii
a flat rate of $30.00 will be applied for approximately 2 to 4 business days.

For shipping international a flat rate of $50.00 will be applied for approximately 5 to 7 business days.

Please notice that Metal-pontus.com is not responsible for any foreign customs or duties that may be applied after shipment.
